Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide overall administrative production support and assistance, including detailed involvement in all show day procedures
• Book & Manage guest and remote travel arrangements including flights/cars/hotels
• Assist in obtaining various permitting requirements for shoots
• Procure certificates of insurance for shoots
• Submit catering orders
• Work with security to pre- register in studio guests
• Work with talent assistants for transportation & changes in production schedules
• Confirm hair/make -up/wardrobe bookings
• Help manage daily green room and dressing room assignments
• Compile daily virtual remote needs and resources
• Partner with finance for invoice collection and submission & purchasing/ corporate card charges
• Assist production team in all stages of daily production

• This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of 3 days per week.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Experience in coordination of staff or events
• Experience working with large number of crew on a TV/Film set is a plus
• Prior experience with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)
• Well organized and high attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A natural multi-tasker
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to shifting priorities
