We are currently looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Production Associates. As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the assembly of cabinets, tables, and furniture meets our quality standards. This position involves using basic hand tools and measuring devices, confirming parts against blueprints, identifying and troubleshooting issues, and maintaining organized assembly areas.

In this role you’ll have the following responsibilities:

• Assemble cabinets, tables, and furniture, paying close attention to product quality
• Utilize basic hand tools and measuring devices
• Confirm that parts conform to the provided blueprints.
• Identify and troubleshoot problems during the assembly process.
• Organize and transfer parts to designated assembly areas.

Requirements

Successful candidates for this role will have the following skills and experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in a production assembly role
• History of job stability and excellent attendance
• Knowledge of basic safety best practices
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and overcome challenges through cooperation.
