Production Associates

 

Our Snap-on Tool Storage plant located in Algona, Iowa is looking for Production Associates.

Wages start at $21.36 per hour, plus $.80 shift premium. With increases every 30 days until you reach $24.83 per hour and annual increases thereafter.

2nd shift openings for Form/Weld production.

2nd shift hours are 3:00 pm to Midnight or 1:00 am  (Typically work 9-10 hour shifts M-F and overtime on Saturdays as needed)

 

Overtime is paid after 8 hours/day and on Saturdays  

Medical, dental, vision and 401K after one month of service.

 

Newly hired associates are typically assigned to the following positions:

• Welding – form (bend) and spot weld metal components

• Be a team player with good attendance
• Be able to work in a fast pace environment and repetitively handle 5 to 35 lbs.
• Follow verbal and written work instructions
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
