Production Assistant

Asitrade Downstacker

Operates equipment that palletizes laminated product.  Ensure adherence to quality standards and material specifications for product being produced.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

 

• Ensures downstacker is properly set up to run orders.
• Ensure sheet overlap is within acceptable tolerance.
• Checks quality of board, as trained. (warp, delamination, etc.)
• Completes necessary paperwork and load tags.
• Assists other areas, as required.
• Performs housekeeping duties during downtime and when otherwise specified.
• Communicates with operators to assure organized placement of orders on storage lines.
• Teamwork and total cooperation required.
