- Take the daily time details and calculate every fabrication individual's hours, broken up by show, and convert it into personnel days to populate into our labor planner for actual usage per day.
- Take show pay (Over hire) hours submitted at the top of each week and calculate every Over Hire individual's hours, broken up by show, and converts it into personnel days for an actual usage per day.
- Take a daily comparison of the data entry on the departmental dashboards and flags major discrepancies to Production Manager to maintain task-oriented feedback and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Track Day off requests after Director Approval and populates the information into the labor planner, the operations calendar, and notifies the shop floor member that the time has been approved.
- Track Shop Floor certifications and training schedule.
- Assist with the format and data compiling for different SOPs as needed
- Document and track project floor placement and update floor map accordingly.
- Works closely with other administrative staff and supports other colleagues as needed.
- Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
- Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data collection, scheduling or similar role
- Working understanding of Excel and Microsoft Word and/or Microsoft Projects
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Experience working in a shop environment
- Attention to detail and precision in data input
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with other members of the production team
- OSHA 10
- Ability to work well under pressure and navigate multiple deadlines
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- Ability to work well independently and in collaboration with others
- Event planning and coordination

The pay range for this position is estimated to be $22.00-28.00/hour. Actual salary to be determined by the experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant combined with location and alignment with market data.
