Product Training Manager, CoCounsel
About the role
The manager oversees the AI Product Training team. The manager coordinates with staff from sales, engineering, and product when these teams need assistance vetting new and existing products and models or when clients require deep subject matter expertise to execute use cases and ensures that these tasks are appropriately staffed. They are further responsible for ensuring that customers’ requests for legal research support and CoCounsel instruction are adequately addressed.
As the Product Training Manager, you will:
Mentor staff to improve the skills necessary to support both CoCounsel customers and colleagues from other departments
Identify areas in which the customer experience can be improved
Promote core objectives of the business, as it relates to growth and innovation, by leveraging the collective legal expertise of staff
Demonstrate excellent analytical abilities to troubleshoot complex legal and technical issues facing customers using the CoCounsel product
Serve as a role model for members of your team by conducting yourself with integrity and professionalism in all tasks that you perform
About you
The manager possesses all of the attributes of a Senior AI Product Trainer with 1+ years training for the CoCounsel AI legal tech product suite. In addition, a manager has demonstrated the ability to train and offer coaching to AI Product Trainers so that they may improve their skills. The manager empowers others on their team and is proactive in identifying new opportunities to successfully serve the needs of CoCounsel and its customers. This role also requires a law degree with bar admission in at least one state

Compensation: $125,000-$145,000 total
Compensation includes base salary and a variable compensation that is directly related to your success
