This intern will be assisting the Product Specialists by monitoring products in the market and investigating documents and reporting technical failures of products.

 

Projects will include:

• Battery Analysis
• Monitoring and calling back warranty batteries.
• Performing analysis and documenting failure modes.
• Providing executive level reports regarding the US market.

Internship Goals:

 

• Investigating warranty failure rates and documenting.
• Researching documents and reporting user applications of products.
• Monitoring progress and resolving reported technical issues, escalating as necessary.
• Communicating with colleagues in product management and training departments regarding product issues.

Internship Requirements:

 

Academic Year: Senior

Area of Study: Engineering – Mechanical or Electrical - knowledge of engine and electrical theory would be beneficial.

Preferred GPA: 3.2 or higher

Software Knowledge: Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint, Outlook
