Product Specialist

Jim Shorkey North Hills Toyota is in search of a Product Specialist to join our team! We are looking for a resilient and motivated individual who is proud to sell our brand. Come join our team and turn showroom visitors into customers at our North Hills Toyota location.

Primary Duties:

• Build a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future 
• Provide a first-class customer experience
• Assist customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed 
• Maintain high factory CSI performance
• Maintain reporting structures and recording sales and inventory on our CRM software

Requirements

• Prior sales experience in automotive sales is a plus, but not required
• Professional appearance 
• Great work ethic 
• Computer and phone skills   
• Valid drivers license
• Ability to pass drug screening/background
