As a Product Specialist, you will guide guests through the Genesis purchase journey by providing expert product knowledge, thoughtful vehicle presentations, and a seamless buying experience from first greeting to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, luxury-first customer experience
• Deliver polished vehicle presentations and demonstration drives
• Build lasting relationships through professional follow-up using CRM
• Maintain expert knowledge of Genesis products, pricing, and programs
• Support customers through a smooth, non-confrontational purchase process
• Participate in daily training and sales meetings
• Ensure showroom and vehicle presentation meets luxury standards
• Deliver vehicles and introduce customers to Service for long-term ownership care
