Job Description

Lead Tech4Ops products impacting 9.5 million Rabobank customers and thousands of engineers, enabling ZeroOps through automation and operational excellence.

You & your role

Shape the future of operations as Product Owner Tech4Ops by owning a strategic product domain within Tech4Ops. Translate the product vision into a clear roadmap and well-prioritized backlog, balancing customer needs, operational excellence, technical sustainability, security and compliance, business priorities, and innovation opportunities while maximizing value for customers, engineers, and Rabobank.

Our mission is clear: minimize disruptions, maximize operational efficiency, enable compliance, and reduce operational overhead through standardization, automation, observability, security monitoring, and intelligent remediation.

• Define and continuously evolve the product vision and strategy, translating strategic ambitions into a roadmap with a 12-month horizon.

Top responsibilities

• Own a strategic product domain within Tech4Ops and translate vision into clear priorities, roadmap choices, and measurable product outcomes.

• Engage stakeholders across business and technology, aligning Product Owners, Chapter Leads, Architects, Security, Operations, and Engineering teams.

• Enable the squad with focus, transparency, Agile ceremonies, and the ambition to move beyond incremental improvement toward transformation.

• This Product Owner position is part of the Tech4Ops Area within the Tech4Engineering Tribe, reports to the Area Lead Tech4Ops, and is based in Utrecht / Hybrid. The role operates in a complex ecosystem with organization-wide impact and considerable autonomy.
