RESPONSIBILITIES

• The PO/Scrum master will be responsible for both the day-to-day Agile ceremonies of the Advertising Technology team, as well as tightly manage the execution—from analysis, design, and planning to development, launch, monitoring and documentation—of a growing portfolio of AdTech programs and projects.
• The ideal candidate will have experience getting things done in a large, distributed, fast-paced enterprise organization.
• Moreover, the ideal candidate will be practiced in objectively self-assessing performance, highlighting areas of success, and striving to improve areas that can be better.
• Shape and communicate the product vision, aligning it with organizational objectives. Contribute to the overall product strategy with insights gained from your product management background.
• Elicit, analyze, and document product requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and create a clear product backlog.
• Technical Liaison: Act as a bridge between the development team and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Provide guidance on technology choices based on a deep understanding of product goals.
• Agile Collaboration: Work within agile frameworks, leading sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups. Ensure continuous communication between development teams and other departments.
• Quality Assurance: Champion the delivery of high-quality products by defining acceptance criteria and collaborating with QA teams. Actively participate in testing processes to validate that technical solutions meet product requirements.
• Iterative Improvement: Embrace an iterative approach, gathering feedback, and implementing improvements to enhance the product over time. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the product development lifecycle.

REQUIRMENTS

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in a technical domain. Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.
• 6+ years of software-related project, program and/or product management experience preferably with digital businesses.
• Bachelor's degree (technical major preferred).
• Must have worked on IT projects related to Kiosks, rolling off software for this kiosks/hardware, Middleware Excellent verbal and written communication skills including demonstrated success influencing senior business management.
• Evidence-driven analytical mindset that prefers measurable outcomes to hyperbole. Here are some things that we'd prefer to see, though none is independently a requirement:
• Exp of managing technical projects- hardware component
• Experience as tech project, product or program manager within Agile/SCRUM enterprise-scale software development environments.
• Hands-on experience with some form of software programming, whether scripting, SQL, analytics or advanced languages.


• Strong agile experience
• Devops/cloud experience required -
• Can translate technical requirements to the team
• Excellent communication skills
