We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialization. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days in-office and 2 days remotely. This role is based at our HQ in Solon, Ohio.

The Role:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Maintain deep subject matter expertise for assigned product line.
· Build, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog in conjunction with the Product Manager and Development Manager.
· Develop user stories, and package the features into product releases.
· Promote the vision and strategy for the product line established by the Product Manager and Solution Management teams
· Perform card break down, define exit criteria, provide test case scenario input, PO acceptance, and documentation approval
· Approve test coverage plan with assistance from PD and QA teams
· Research and manage client escalations
· Ensure clarity on the problem & business value of the solution with Product team
· Detailed understanding of user/compliance requirements
· Participate in and/or lead client meetings, as needed
· Provide internal cross-functional training/knowledge transfer sessions
REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge and Skills:
· Experience working with MS Office applications
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
· Effective organizational skills to manage multiple work assignments
· Ability to work well individually and within a cross functional team
· Effective time management & communication skills
· Experience with MS SQL a plus
