Our Software Delivery team is looking for a talented Product Owner to serve as our deployment manager and drive our portfolio to make it easier and faster to develop and deploy new software. With more than 70,000 seamless deployments under our belt, we are transforming how we deliver software. Q2’s Software Delivery engineers are engaged, motivated, and dedicated individuals who love to solve complex problems. While we design and build sustainable production systems that create simple, smart, and reliable experiences for our customers, we are also at the helm of managing Q2’s largest initiative – reducing the time it takes our customers to reap value from our innovation. We play a pivotal role in delighting our customers, and you will be in a unique position to influence our software delivery lifecycle strategy, enhance our platform capabilities, and drive seamless updates across the organization.

As Product Owner, you will be primarily focused on owning our deployment lifecycle (from release through deployment), prioritizing customer feedback/business requirements into our roadmap, and organizing and executing our software delivery strategy. To unblock automation and remove impediments, you will need to perform business analysis to coordinate, schedule, and communicate with our partners and customers. Moreover, this is a high-profile customer-facing role, so your strong communication skills and support mindset are important. If done well, you’ll be able to see the impact of your efforts come to life as we deploy our products and services to millions of users across the country. A Typical Day:

• Work with Platform Engineering leadership to develop and effectively prioritize our roadmap

• Collaborate with technical SMEs to understand, anticipate, and resolve the risks and challenges of making broad changes across our complex architecture and variable configurations

• Facilitate version selection and testing with our Software Engineering counterparts

• Partner with project managers
