Product Operations Lead - Technology Operations

The Product Operations Lead (POL) role is a critical job within the centralized Technology Operations team. Supporting the entirety of the Product Tech org, the POL will be a trusted leader and advisor to our team members. The POL will manage organizational improvement projects, continuously improving the processes used to guide our product development and people operations. The POL will also support our centralized Product & Design and Technology Execution team, supporting their operational needs. This role will report directly to the Head of Technology Operations.   

 

What You Will Do:

• Identify challenges that span across technology departments, proposing and leading improvement projects that address those issues 
• Lead multiple programs of varying degrees of complexity
• Deliver the organizational vision and be a champion of change management
• Define and/or mature processes and procedures where none may exist
• Track progress of pillars, quarterly roadmap, KPIs, risks, and mitigation efforts
• Serve as an escalation point for dependencies on operational initiatives
• Work with Finance and the Head of Technology Operations to maintain and forecast departmental resourcing needs (people and services) 
• Support Product & Design and Technology Execution departments operational needs, including quarterly planning, tracking performance to budget, headcount and hiring process management

 

What You Will Need:

• 7+ year of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Technology Management in a digital product development organization
• Detailed knowledge and experience working within a scaled agile framework (SAFe, LeSS, etc.)
• Experience working with internal non-tech departments such as HR, Finance, Business Management, Procurement
• Experience managing budget, CAPEX, OPEX, and 3rd Party Contracts
• Ability to build trusting relationships with your colleagues
• Ability to lead through influence, not hierarchy
• 3rd Party Vendor Management
• Great Communication and organizational skills 

 

This role is remote, with infrequent travel required (approximately once per quarter)
