As our Product Operations Lead, you’ll bring operational excellence, clarity, and structure to our Technology team at Thrive. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you’ll be a strategic thought partner to our technology and GTM leaders, drive process optimization, and translate customer feedback into actionable strategies, and build enterprise-grade release management frameworks. As a key driver of our team’s growth and scalability, this role is essential to ensuring that we deliver high-quality, impactful products that better health and productivity outcomes for our users.

How You'll Contribute:

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve product management and technology processes and tools to enhance efficiency, consistency, and output across the organization
• Create a system to capture, analyze, and translate customer and user feedback into actionable insights and a customer-centric product roadmap
• Design and manage release management frameworks to ensure seamless product launches and communication for Enterprise customers
• Foster collaboration across product, engineering, design, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence
• Establish baseline metrics and reporting frameworks to monitor success of the technology organization and  and inform strategic decision-making 
• Support in preparing for Technology team calls and meetings (research, producing thought-starters for partnership, building agendas, and scheduling) 
• Support and help to drive the execution of follow-ups 
• Work closely with cross-functional colleagues across the business
• Research projects associated with potential strategic initiatives or partnerships and provide background for pitches and partnership meetings

Must Haves:

• ~5+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or a related field, preferably in a high-growth technology company
• Strong track record of streamlining processes and implementing tools to drive efficiency and clarity within organizations
• Proficiency in leveraging data to drive product decisions
• Deep understanding of customer feedback systems and experience in translating insights into actionable strategies
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others and collaborate across teams and leadership

Compensation for this role depends on level, and will likely fall in the $91,000-175,000 range. We provide a competitive mix of salary, performance bonus, and equity
