We’re looking for a product operations associate to join our ranks. The right candidate will help support our organization in a significant business transformation embedded in product methodology. This is a hybrid role that requires three days in office in Waltham, MA. The ideal candidate will understand product management, program or project management, and have the ability to assist cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency.
Our Corporate Strategy team is the go-to resource for critical strategic and operational improvement projects. Team members act as trusted advisers to Commonwealth’s CEO and executive leadership, drive transformative initiatives, and shape the organization’s overall strategy. This breadth of exposures provides tremendous developmental opportunities and visibility across the organization, all supported by a close-knit culture with proactive mentorship and professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with product management team, and other stakeholders to support implementation of processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness of team activities and initiatives.
- Tracking, scheduling, and ensuring product initiatives for Product Lab and identify areas for improvement
- Working closely with stakeholders to ensure processes are tracked and managed
- Supporting the implementation and tracking of a comprehensive initiative, to drive alignment with the organization's business transformation objectives
- Managing documentation for training needs and opportunities for product managers through analyzing regular assessments and feedback across the organization
- Highlighting dependencies, risks and gaps as the product organization grows.
- Managing project level details for the Product Lab
- Developing compelling PowerPoint presentations and excel trackers that translate
- Staying up to date on industry trends and best practices in product operations and business transformation
Core Strengths and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree with relevant coursework
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in product operations, program management, or a related field
- Knowledge of product management principles and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively both in-person and virtually
- Should be comfortable in navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
