Fastly is looking for a fast on your feet, detail oriented Product Operations Analyst to drive execution of critical business operations across product development, engineering and services. This role will partner with leadership in Product, Engineering, Program Management, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Finance and others to develop processes, execute key operational cadences, and drive successful business outcomes. This is a new and growing department at Fastly so this is a great opportunity for you to have a significant impact on our product operations practices and processes.

This role will be responsible for driving product, financial, and technical processes which, married with data and analytics across the company, will build transparency within the organization and enable informed prioritization decisions.

What You'll Do:
- You will manage multiple key cross-organization processes including Product Lifecycle, Product Roadmap, Go-To-Market, software capitalization, and others
- Work closely with cross-functional resources as primary point of contact to improve communications, enhance visibility, and measure results of different product portfolios
- Work with teams to develop common tools for Fastly’s product lifecycle, processes, and dashboards
- Partner with key cross-functional resources to continually find and implement process improvements
- Instill discipline and consistency within the Product and Engineering teams in terms of operational methodologies and documentation working with Senior Director & VP level resources
- Ensure timely updates on KPIs from teams including product adoption, delivery quality, and platform health
What We're Looking For:
We’re looking for the type of person who thrives on bringing clarity and structure to ambiguity while collaborating with others on the best path forward. You focus on results and outcome, not simply process for the sake of process, have a strong bias for action and incremental improvements and are comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a change-heavy environment.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in Business Operations, Product Development & Launch, Data Analytics, and other key functions including business process improvement, and executive dashboarding
- Experience working with distributed teams and remote working environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead team initiatives by influence
Work Hours:
This position will require you to be available during core business hours.

Fastly currently embraces a largely hybrid model for most roles which allows employees flexibility to split their time between the office and home.

Salary:
The estimated salary range for this position is $97,070 to $142,750.
