WHY BOX NEEDS YOU
We are looking for a world-class product marketing leader with deep, proven experience across B2B product marketing. Our ideal hire will be comfortable owning the full range of product marketing activities, including messaging and positioning, packaging and pricing, product launches, competitive analysis, sales tool development, and more. This role reports to the Head of PMM and operates at the intersection of product, sales, marketing, business development, and customer success.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Develop and drive the overall go-to-market plan (including launches, positioning/messaging, field enablement etc.) for key workflow products including Box Forms, Box Doc Gen and Box Sign

Actively partner with the product team and shape the product roadmap based on market research, competitive intelligence, customer insights, and GTM feedback

Develop compelling, differentiated messaging, with a clear understanding of the target customer personas, competition and the use cases we are able to address with our solutions

Manage and execute the cross-functional implementation of launch plan partnering with Brand, PR, Demand generation and other teams

Develop content for external marketing channels (webpages, blogs, demos, 1-pagers, e-books, thought leadership) as well as for GTM enablement (pitch decks, battlecards, outbound plays, outreach templates etc.)

Engage directly with prospects and customers to learn about their workflow needs, and educate them about how Box can address them

Contribute to analyst briefings, evaluations and reports to establish the Box as the leader in intelligent content management

4+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, including experience in workflow automation

Expertise in product marketing - including messaging and positioning, product launch management, go-to-market strategy, sales tool development, leveraging customer and market insights to inform product roadmaps, and analyst relations.

Deep understanding of an enterprise sales cycle, user and buyer persona needs, and what sellers need to be successful

Strong cross-functional collaborator with ability to influence key stakeholders, without direct authority

Demonstrated ability to create impactful presentations tailored for customers and internal audiences, with strong public speaking skills and clear, precise communication.

Experience working in fast-moving startup cultures or dynamic environments where agility is key.
