About the role

Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 5 million hosts who have welcomed over 2 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way.

The community you will join:

At Airbnb, Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) are at the core of shaping exceptional experiences for our global community. They blend customer insights, strategic thinking, and creativity to imagine the ideal journey for guests and hosts—then work backwards to deliver innovative, delightful products. PMMs leverage deep user research and product expertise, translating complex needs into actionable strategies and compelling go-to-market narratives.

Our PMMs partner closely with experts across engineering, design, supply, data science, operations, marketing, and other key teams to bring ideas to life and align on a shared vision. Known for being collaborative, detail-oriented, and hands-on, the PMM team leads initiatives that drive meaningful impact and foster a culture where creativity and user-centric thinking thrive.

The difference you will make:

As a participant in Airbnb’s 24-month Product Marketing Manager (PMM) Rotational Program, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Airbnb’s products and user experiences from concept to launch. Through three immersive rotations, you’ll:

  • Shape product roadmaps and drive feature development that directly impacts millions of guests and hosts worldwide.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Supply, FP&A, Marketing, Global Operations, Customer Experience, Trust, and more) to bring innovative ideas to life and ensure a consistent, compelling product voice across Airbnb’s ecosystem.
  • Communicate features to the world by crafting clear, impactful messaging for both internal and external audiences, helping define how our products are positioned in the market.
  • Gain broad exposure to different facets of product marketing, immersing yourself in diverse challenges and opportunities to discover the best alignment between your interests, skills, and Airbnb’s needs.
  • Learn and grow through hands-on projects and mentorship from senior PMM leaders, receiving regular feedback and guidance to accelerate your development.
  • Build expertise and confidence through real-world experience, performance reviews, and structured learning, setting the foundation for a successful career in product marketing.

Upon successful completion of the program, and pending performance feedback and leadership approval, you may be considered for a full-time Product Marketing Manager role at Airbnb—empowering you to continue making a lasting impact on our community and business.
