Product Marketing Manager

About the role
Description
Vantaca just achieved unicorn status with a $1.25B valuation, so it's safe to say we're past the "scrappy startup phase." We're not just building a successful company – we're building the category-defining platform that will transform how an entire industry operates.
Here's the reality of our trajectory:
- Growing 100% year-over-year
- Our AI product (HOAi) went from $0 to millions in months
- Backed by Cove Hill Partners and JMI Private Equity
- 6M+ doors on our platform, displacing legacy systems
We are a winning team that believes in working together to make big ideas happen. We are a collaborative and visionary group that holds ourselves accountable for our results. Our ability to be nurturing and agile allows us to adapt to change and support each other through any challenges that come our way. We are customer-centric, meaning that we put our customers' needs and preferences at the heart of our work. We are authentic game changers that are building something cool and people like it here.
Overview
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help shape how Vantaca is understood in market — sharpening our positioning, narrative, and competitive story — and to own the narrative and positioning side of our product launch cadence, sharing execution with our Product Operations Manager. You'll turn product capabilities into narratives worth caring about, keep launches from losing momentum after the initial reveal, and act as a connective layer between Product, Sales, Enablement, and Customer Success.
This is a build-and-run role. You'll inherit a set of programs still taking shape, not a finished playbook, and you'll have real input into how they evolve.
Your work will show up directly in launch performance and pipeline generated at the top of our sales funnel — this isn't a behind-the-scenes support role.
Responsibilities
Positioning, narrative & market intelligence:
- Translate competitive and customer insight into sharper positioning and messaging
- Maintain buyer personas and ICP definitions, grounded in research and win/loss evidence
- Build and maintain core sales decks, product assets, and positioning-critical sales collateral
- Contribute to our website and comparison content
- Support thought-leadership and category-narrative content
- Help keep our message architecture current as the product and market evolve, flagging drift before it shows up in the field
Launch & go-to-market execution:
- Own the narrative and positioning side of our launch cadence, sharing execution responsibilities with our Product Operations Manager
- Develop the external narrative and positioning for each launch, and the sales- and customer-facing assets that support it
- Support customer-transition planning for post-launch cutovers alongside Product and Enablement, so momentum doesn't drop off after launch day
- Run retrospectives that turn what worked (and what didn't) into better process for the next launch
- Be a partner to Demand Gen on the AI search visibility program — how Vantaca and our category show up in tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews
- Be a partner to Demand Gen on asset creation for product-based campaigns — the collateral, landing content, and campaign assets tied to specific products
Cross-functional partnership & reporting
- Partner closely with Product on roadmap and launch readiness, Enablement on sales readiness, and Customer Success on retention and account health
Requirements
- 3–5 years of product marketing experience, including ownership of product launches end to end
- B2B SaaS/software experience required; proptech or vertical software experience a strong plus
- A track record of taking ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do — you spot the gap and go fix it
- Genuinely AI-native: you use AI tools daily to move faster and think you'd struggle to work without them, not just familiar with the concept
- Strong industry curiosity and a fast learning curve — you don't need deep community-association-management expertise on day one, but you'll pick up unfamiliar domains quickly and enjoy doing it
- Comfortable context-switching across multiple products and audiences without losing precision in any one of them
- A genuinely creative thinker and excellent writer — someone who can make a technical capabili
