Product Marketing Manager

The Role:
At iA, the Product Marketing Manager supports building awareness about how our products/services can satisfy customer needs in retail and central fill pharmacies. We’re looking for an experienced and versatile product marketing manager with experience in driving outbound solution positioning, messaging, and commercial readiness. This individual will work closely with both the Marketing and Product Teams to align on strategy, commercial launch and execution of the go-to-market plan. This position will translate the buyer and consumers voice into messaging, branding, and overall need for the Pharmacy Automation market. This role will be responsible to manage relationships with external partners for any marketing or event related collaboration.
What you’ll do:
- Market intelligence – be the expert on our buyers, who are they, how they buy and their key buying criteria.
- Understands the competitive landscape—be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned. Develop a competitive comparison guide for use in positioning against like offerings from other organizations.
- Collaborate with product management and marketing brand & communications - develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target buyer personas.
- Establish positioning, messaging, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
- Work closely with management on establishing an ongoing evaluation of the pricing and business model of the solutions that matches the value delivered in the marketplace.
- Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.
- Develop launch briefs and in collaboration with the marketing brand team, guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration internally and externally.
- Sales enablement: Create comprehensive sales enablement through product training and capability demonstrations to direct sales and partners. Understand and support our sales channels; train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users; develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it.
- Understand and document our buyer’s process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make.
- In collaboration with the Marketing Growth team, assist in the preparation of Requests for Proposal/Pricing (RFPs), tenders and contracts in conjunction with sales and product management.
- In collaboration with the Marketing Brand team, identify ways to promote our products at trade shows and major industry-related events.
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.

- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing, business or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to convey messages simply
- Critical thinker, excellent listener, and communicator
- Strong strategic and collaborative skills
- Proven experience developing marketing plans, go-to-market strategies and campaigns
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to translate complex technical information into clear value for the customer
- Ability to analyze market trends and effectively communicate to cross-functional teams
- Ability to effectively train sales teams on new products
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity

Compensation:
The estimated base annual salary range for this position is $86,125.40 to $116,522.60, though a candidate’s base annual salary shall be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience. This position may additionally be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
