Who We Want
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to support a new product and services line. This role can be located in our Omaha, NE headquarters or remote. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with product development to create and execute a marketing strategy roadmap and develop underlying content.
What To Expect
- Create and deliver a product marketing launch plan for each new product/service
- Create and deliver a consistent marketing plan to increase adoption to target and manage lifecycle of product/service once launched
- In coordination with the product team, define product positioning and messaging to communicate the value proposition for each product/service
- Define key messages and marketing communications collateral including presentations, newsletter articles, web content, social media, how-to guides, checklists and others
- Lead cross-functional teams within marketing to deliver collateral across functions
- Coordinate strategic and tactical plans across key marketing stakeholders in design, social media, corporate communications, public relations and events
- Ensure all marketing materials use consistent messaging, are on brand and accurate
- Present information to stakeholders within marketing and product organizations
- Partner with stakeholders across multiple teams toward collaborative outcomes, using demonstrated problem-solving skills while building relationships across multiple teams
What You Need
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years marketing experience
- Demonstrated product marketing experience
- Knowledge of financial services and/or tax planning a significant advantage but not required
- Ability to lead and influence stakeholders across multiple teams
- Detail-oriented, able to prioritize and multi-task, and able to work proactively with minimal supervision in a flexible, fast paced, and challenging environment
- Demonstrated strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
