Product Manager, Pharmacy Reporting ( remote )

As a Data & Reporting Product Manager, your primary responsibility is to help create and deliver best-in-class reporting solutions that facilitate great analytical experiences for AssistRx’s customers. You will closely collaborate with customers, account managers, and other business and IT stakeholders to establish a roadmap, manage the backlog, participate in client requirement gathering as needed, organize features, track delivery, and communicate status/risk of deliverables for AssistRx clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role’s responsibilities will encompass the following but not limited to:

• Works with internal and external Stakeholders on requests, analysis, and prioritization of requests
• Owns the Reporting roadmap by defining our target audiences, personas, success metrics, and strategic priorities
• Executes the Reporting product roadmap by working with Agile / Scrum teams to capture and translate requirements, aid in user story development, conduct User Acceptance Testing, and work with beta customers to implement product and gather feedback.
• Work closely with the Data Team to understand, plan, and take action on company data initiatives as it relates to Client Reporting.
• Create the catalog of standard Reports and the maintain the associated documentation.
• Gathers insights from usage data and user research and observation activities to implement changes in products.
• Defines user experience (user goals and needs and workflow) to enable actionable discussion with customers. Oversee the development of prototypes, mockups, and wireframes, and then validate with stakeholders.
• Analyzes all available market data sets (Internal/ External) and potential data sets to get a deep understanding of data and their relevance to user reporting needs.
• Coordinates with fellow Product Managers, Product Owners and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for efficiency in Client Reporting.
• Evangelizes Analytics capabilities with internal audiences and customer forums. Conduct product demos across various stakeholders including training for sales and customer support
• Assess competitors’ offerings and identify gaps and market opportunities

Requirements

Critical Skills:

• 6-8 year’s experience dealing with Reporting tools or business intelligence solutions
• 3-4 year’s experience with pharmaceutical healthcare data
• Experience and understanding of modern business intelligence tools, their limitations and how this translates into database requirements
• Experience with Jira to manage product roadmap and backlog
• Experience working directly with technology teams and business stakeholders as a product manager
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Experience with Agile software development
