Role Summary:

We are hiring a Product Manager, Operations to drive the growth across the portfolio of our innovative gifting solutions. This role offers the opportunity to gain deep domain expertise and work in collaboration with internal & external stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes for our partners and users. The product manager will be part of the broader product management org and collaborate with Engineering, QA, Marketing & Sales teams to drive our fast-growing corporate business forward. Responsibilities:

• Research customer needs, issues, and drive resolution in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Drive seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
• Develop high quality product documentation, processes, features, enhancements, workflows in collaboration with other PMs and Engineers.
• Document user requirements and preferences, in Jira. Write PRDs.
• Prioritize issues, manage backlog, resolve tickets related to product support, improve processes & solutions.
• Explore innovative solutions to enhance the gifting experience. Gather partner and end user feedback to identify key pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks. Monitor existing KPIs for signals and trends.
• Contribute to the overall product roadmap and vision.
• Be curious, have a bias for action, act with urgency and focus.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product development, with a preference for B2B, SaaS, Ecommerce, and/or platform experience.
• Proven track record of hands-on ownership in delivering value and impact for in-market products.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate and navigate complex challenges.
• Data-centric, customer-centric approach to solving problems and making decisions.
• Ability to make trade-offs, solid analytical skills, systems thinking, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity. Results driven self-starter with curiosity, adaptability, and a bias for action.
• Ability to lead discussions with engineering teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Passion for understanding and addressing partner and user needs and developing innovative solutions.
• Exceptional organizational and written, verbal communication skills.
• A team player, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with agile product development, good understanding of web technologies preferred.
• 4-year bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, science or related field required. Masters preferred. Exceptionally relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of education.
