Product Manager, New Product Introductions Team

New Pig is looking for a Product Manager to join our New Product Introductions Team. In this role, you will be a critical component of the new product introduction process and ongoing portfolio management within the organization. This role is in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and will offer exciting new challenges and opportunities. Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Product Portfolio Strategy in driving the product and business planning processes
• Execute ongoing product maintenance tasks resulting from incoming requests from external teams or suppliers, product changes, product cancellations, and product strategy changes
• Facilitate project turnovers to functional staff
• Serve as the point of contact for project queries and meetings as needed
• Attend photoshoots to ensure assets created align with product strategy as needed
• Assist the Director of Product Portfolio Strategy in addressing product quality issues or issues with physical inventory
• Attend trade shows and complete customer field visits as directed
• Adhere to New Pig’s Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards 

 Qualifications:

• Degree in Product Design, Business, or closely related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in the product development lifecycle and executing work within cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated decision-making abilities and willingness to lead
• Ability to communicate complex information effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to elicit collaboration from a wide variety of sources, including upper management and other departments
• Ability to multi-task and balance multiple ongoing projects successfully
• Ability to work onsite from our Tipton, PA location
• Willingness to travel as needed
