Role Overview
Ampd is dedicated to propelling the energy transition forward by harnessing cutting-edge battery energy storage technologies, connectivity, and data analytics. Our mission is to electrify, connect, and optimize various sectors, including construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development roadmap for our clean energy software and SaaS solutions, including digital tools like Enernet, for various industries.
• Guide the creation of Market Requirements Documents (MRDs) and manage Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).
• Drive the development of digital software components, focusing on user research, UI, and UX design.
• Prioritize technical tasks to ensure smooth user experience and on-time product delivery.
• Identify and mitigate technical and delivery risks for successful product launches.
• Coordinate agile processes and ceremonies with software development teams.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on digital interface design and software systems.
• Ensure our digital solutions align with Ampd's objectives across industries.
• Develop monetization strategies tailored to different sectors.
• Support the creation of marketing materials showcasing our digital solutions' capabilities.
• Stay updated on relevant technical trends and market competition.
• Explore partnerships to enhance our software and SaaS offerings.
• Provide internal training and presentations on software and SaaS solutions.
• Analyze key performance indicators and report to stakeholders.
• Define testing criteria and ensure product acceptance.
• Maintain high-quality product documentation.
• Foster a collaborative technical culture within teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's degree a plus.
• 10+ years of product management experience, ideally in software development.
• Strong understanding of software architectures, design principles, and technologies.
• Relevant experience in defining and bringing SaaS offerings to market.
• Proficiency in translating user needs into product requirements.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in user research, UI, and UX design.
• Deep knowledge of agile methodologies and practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
• Proven track record of launching and managing digital products.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven decision-making approach.
• Familiarity with energy industry trends and technologies is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on building strong relationships across global teams.
