Product Manager

At BlueLabs, we connect the exciting world of sports betting with cutting-edge technology. We fully manage our sports betting platform, consisting of microservices in various decoupled domains.

We're now seeking an experienced Product Manager to bring high-level focus to the product side of our business. Although our ratio of software engineers to product managers will always favour engineers, we recognize the need for someone who understands the product intimately and can work hand-in-hand with engineers. This role will own our product roadmap, liaising between our CTO and engineering teams, B2B customers, as well as our CEO, who currently plays an active role in the product but is eager to entrust this to an expert.

Responsibilities

• Develop and guide the strategic vision for our product, creating an actionable roadmap.

• Lead the product development process, ensuring collaboration between engineering, design, and operational teams.

• Understand and translate the needs of our B2B customers, as well as end customers, into innovative product features.

• Monitor KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of your product strategies, using data to inform decisions.

• Direct projects from conception to deployment, aligning with business objectives.

• Skillfully manage stakeholder communications and expectations, acting as the main point of contact for product-related matters.

• Serve as a key account manager for our B2B customers, fostering relationships and keeping open lines of communication.

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is €60,000 - €90,000 annually, depending on your skills, experience and form of employment (employment or independent contractor). Additional perks include a new 16" MacBook Pro or Linux laptop, and 35 days of paid annual leave (including public holidays).

Requirements

• Solid experience with sports betting and/or online casino platforms.

• Experience in Product Management, with an understanding of project management.

• Comprehensive knowledge of product lifecycle management.

• Ability to work closely with engineering and design teams.

• Proficiency in project and backlog management tools.

• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

• Expertise in managing stakeholder communications, adept at expectation management, feedback collection, and customer relationship building.

• A refined eye for modern mobile and web application design, with specialised knowledge in User Experience (UX) design.
