The Productivity Technology team is looking for exceptional individuals to build out products that enable the creation of a personalized, next generation communication platform that enables our 8,000+ customers to reach their workers, and in creating a set of enterprise software experiences intent on making Workday data more valuable and usable. About the Role
The Product Analyst will act as the front door to support our products, responsible for appropriately assessing, prioritizing, and resolving issues with a goal of improving customer experience. In this role, you’ll develop a deep understanding of our platform, enabling you to effectively triage and solve problems with minimal reliance on our Product and Development teams. You’ll play a key part in improving the customer experience by acting as the voice of the customer, bringing forward insights on how our products are used in the real world to influence product decisions and drive significant improvements.
You will proactively track adoption of Productivity Technology products and services, develop and maintain usage metrics and issue reporting to identify bottlenecks and customer challenges, and work with customers to successfully onboard to our products while decreasing the time to onboard. This role will also proactively monitor upcoming contract renewals, and document standard processes to enable self service for Support resolution including updating playbooks for Support and customer facing documentation like FAQs.
About You
Experienced in fast-paced environments, you excel in taking ownership and delivering results. Your strong communication and organizational skills, combined with a customer-centric approach and proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, set you apart. As a confident communicator (verbally and in writing), You collaborate efficiently with users at all levels and varying technical abilities. You love collaborating but also excel when working independently. You're autonomous but you know when to ask for help!

Basic Qualifications
For a Product Analyst,
3+ years product management experience, including working directly with customer and engineering teams to resolve customer issues OR
3+ years of customer support experience, providing technical support for software and environment issues for enterprise software applications
For a Sr Associate Product Analyst,
2+ years product management experience, including working directly with customer and engineering tea
