The Oracle Cloud Product Manager II – Application (DTP) is responsible for helping define the strategic direction, continuous improvement, and roadmap for the application. Product Managers work with cross functional teams to:
- Help define the strategic direction and continuous improvement roadmap for the Oracle Cloud and other related DTP applications.
- Drive experience vision and strategy to inform application development and roadmap areas of focus.
- Manage backlog according to learnings from qualitative and quantitative sources and in alignment with organizational goals
- Incubate new ideas to show real results quickly
- Discover and define meaningful problems to solve
Consult with business partners and partner with application owners to define areas of focus and opportunities to develop solutions that meet organizational goals
- Build strategic relationships and collaborate with business and DTP stakeholders to continuously evaluate pain points and consider organizational areas of interest for optimization improvements and ensure delivery of meaningful results from strategic initiatives.
- Conduct internal and external sessions and concept testing with end users using qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
- Prioritize research findings to execute against from synchronous and asynchronous interactions with key stakeholders to address pain points of constituents.
- Define clear, impactful, problem statement for Application teams to solve.
- Develop the business case for the new application with cost, service and benefit dimensions of proposed projects that are used at management and executive levels for funding and scope decisions.
- Manage roadmap as a shared source of truth that outlines the vision, direction, and opportunities for future experiences or enhancements.
- Continuously evaluate and consider organizational areas of interest, industry trends, and direction from governance structures. Pinpoint areas of focus to win in the market.
- Conduct internal and external sessions and concept testing with end users using qualitative and quantitative research techniques
- Layout ideal UX design, brainstorm with patients/end users, clinical/ops partners and wireframe to outline the ideal design of the experience based on research with end users
- Help to Define and track KPIs and measurable success criteria
- Performs related duties as assigned or requested.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or healthcare discipline.
Experience:
- Nine or more years of related experience, In-depth knowledge of associated technology areas that could impact area of responsibility; healthcare technology experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms, tailor communication to audience, mediate and facilitate communications between others, and communicate architecture to all levels of management and customers. Ability to gain buy-in from stakeholders to resolve significant architecture issues.
Compensation Statement
The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for this role is $132,000.00 - $198,065.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
