We are dedicated to cultivating an equitable and inclusive environment that embraces our differences, and supports and celebrates all of our team members.</p> <h2><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h2> <p>As the <strong>Digital Technology Product Manager</strong>, you will drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of high-impact digital products that enable Archer’s enterprise systems, engineering operations, and corporate functions to scale effectively. Reporting to the Head of DTO PMO / SoC, you will operate at the intersection of technology, business transformation, and operational excellence — translating enterprise needs into clear product strategies and measurable outcomes.</p> <p>This is a senior product leadership role suited for a strategic, execution-oriented leader who can align cross-functional stakeholders, manage complexity, and deliver secure, scalable, and compliant digital capabilities.</p> <ul> <li>Define and own the product vision, multi-quarter roadmap, and investment priorities for key Digital Technology platforms (enterprise systems, infrastructure tooling, AI-enabled workflows, and operational applications).</li> <li>Partner with Engineering, Finance, Operations, InfoSec, and Compliance to identify high-value opportunities and translate them into clearly defined product increments.</li> <li>Establish outcome-driven KPIs tied to business value (efficiency gains, risk reduction, automation lift, compliance maturity, us
