As a Software Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in crafting the vision for our customer-facing apps and ensuring they meet the diverse needs of our customers. Collaborating closely with Tech Leads, you will drive the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of these tools, constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
The ideal candidate is a visionary product leader with experience in creating groundbreaking, intuitive ordering and delivery apps. You excel in developing release strategies and iterating on existing products to enhance their performance. With an unwavering focus on customer satisfaction, you have a track record of working effectively with diverse internal stakeholders and external users, valuing collaboration as much as delivering outstanding results.
What You'll Do
- Lead the full product lifecycle for our customer-facing apps, from discovery to sunset, driving innovation and excellence at every stage.
- Work closely with the Product Lead to bring the product vision to life, managing the product roadmap, documenting product strategy, maintaining the feature backlog, and coordinating releases with internal and external teams.
- Engage with cross-functional teams, including Data, User Experience, and Customer Success, to define system requirements, meet evolving needs, and ensure client satisfaction and product quality.
- Analyze various product inputs, translate them into stakeholder requirements, design solution architectures, and develop compelling business cases for new product development.
- Evaluate and manage engineering needs against customer requirements while quickly prioritizing, cutting scope, and shipping and ensuring adequate functionality for end users.
- Seek inspiration and insights by regularly visiting customers, reviewing software, and exploring products that address similar challenges in different domains.
- Collaborate with Engineering Leads to synchronize the Technology Roadmap and ensure alignment with product objectives.
- Own the overall product release plan, fostering effective communication and coordination with other teams.
What You'll Bring
- 8+ years of Product experience building exceptional software apps for ordering or delivery.
- 3+ years experience conducting customer research and interviews, with an ability to apply diverse design methodologies.
- Track record of owning and launching products from inception to first release.
- Experience in continuous improvement of existing products and building workflow-enhancing tools.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a passion for driving progress.
- Strong execution mindset, willing to take initiative and get things done.
- Flexibility and adaptability in rapidly changing environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Exceptional user and design mindset, focusing on usability and creating intuitive experiences.
- Critical thinking skills with fast learning ability, diving into problem details and delivering creative solutions.
Note: Nice-to-have qualifications include prior experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, mentoring others, and working with global, multi-language markets.
What Else You Need to Know
The starting cash range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000. Please note that this is a target, starting cash range for a candidate who meets the minimum qualifications for this role. The final cash pay for this role will depend on a variety of factors, including a specific candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, working location, and projected impact. The total compensation package for this role may also include: equity compensation; discretionary annual or performance bonuses; sales incentives; benefits such as medical, dental and vision insurance; paid time off; and more.
