Job Description

FableticsOS – Product Creation Technology

FableticsOS is seeking a Product Management Director to lead the strategy, vision, and evolution of the technology ecosystem that powers our end-to-end product creation lifecycle. This role is central to defining how our merchandising, design, product development, production, sourcing, sustainability, supply chain, and planning teams work—by delivering modern, connected, intuitive tools that drive speed, quality, and innovation.

As a senior leader within the Product Creation Technology organization, you will own the product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy across key product to channel systems.
You will manage a team of product managers and analysts, collaborate tightly with engineering leadership, and partner with business executives to architect the future of Product Creation at Fabletics.

This position reports directly to the VP of Merchandising Technology.

How You Fit In:

As the Product Management Director, you are both a strategic thinker and a hands-on product leader. You combine product creation expertise with product management rigor, enabling you to translate business goals into scalable technology solutions. You are a collaborative partner to design, merchandising, product development, planning, and production leaders, and an effective counterpart to engineering managers and architects.

Your work accelerates time-to-market, increases accuracy and consistency across tools, strengthens cross-functional workflows, and modernizes the backbone of Fabletics’ end-to-end product creation ecosystem.

What You Will Do

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Product & Development Technology, ensuring alignment with merchandising, design, PD/TD, planning, supply chain, and sustainability leadership.

  • Prioritize initiatives that modernize the product creation process, reduce friction, improve data integrity, and streamline lifecycle workflows.

  • Identify emerging technologies, industry trends, and tool opportunities that support scalability, automation, and innovation.

Road mapping & Prioritization

  • Partner with senior cross-functional leaders to define business objectives and translate them into sequenced, strategic roadmaps.

  • Balance high-impact innovation initiatives (e.g., Centric implementation, line board modernization, new vendor collaboration tools) with sustainment, Continuous improvement, and operational stability.

  • Make data-driven decisions about tradeoffs, technical debt, and resourcing.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with design, merchandising, PD/TD, sourcing, supply chain, and planning leaders to deeply understand pain points and future capability needs.

  • Work closely with Engineering leadership to establish delivery partnerships, architectural alignment, and technical execution plans.

  • Foster trust and transparency across business and technology teams.

Product Delivery Leadership

  • Oversee the full product lifecycle—from discovery, requirements definition, and UX testing through engineering build, QA, UAT, and launch.

  • Ensure releases support seasonal business cycles and deliver measurable improvements.

  • Maintain high-quality documentation, workflows, and operational standards.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of product managers and analysts.

  • Establish clear ownership, role clarity, and growth paths aligned to the reorganized Product Creation Technology structure.

  • Model cross-functional leadership, clear communication, and strategic thinking.

What You Can Bring:

Experience & Domain Knowledge

  • 7–10+ years in Product Management, Technology Product Leadership, or related roles.

  • Deep expertise in product creation processes, including merchandising, design, development, technical design, sustainability & compliance, sourcing, supply chain, planning, and production.

  • Required: strong experience with PLM systems (Centric PLM highly preferred).

  • Working knowledge of integrated enterprise systems including 3D development tools, patternmaking systems, ERP, OMS, WMS, Planning & Allocation, Supplier/Vendor Collaboration platforms, and reporting/data integrations.
