Copeland's Commercial HVAC line of business is seeking a Product Management Analyst to join our dedicated, hard-working, growing team in Sidney, OH. We are a $1B global line of business with a large footprint, manufacturing locations in the Americas, Europe, and Asia, and projecting strong growth in the global Commercial HVAC market.

The Product Management Analyst role is highly visible through all levels of Copeland leadership and reports to the Sr. Director of Commercial Unitary. This role will be responsible for activities supporting the expansion of the business, market, and products, including but not limited to:

  • Research and analysis related to commercial HVAC served and adjacent markets, as well as tracking and reporting underlying market dynamics and economic indicators
  • Long-range sales and profitability planning - including analyzing market growth, Copeland participation, product mix, price, and gross margin contributions to projected growth plans
  • Partnering with product management to define and drive winning and profitable product strategies, from new product introduction through end-of-life management
  • Supporting market management in defining clear go-to-market strategies and developing sales training and collateral
  • Liaising with CRM initiatives to represent the needs of the Commercial line of business, and drive business-wide standardization and adoption of these tools
  • Supporting Commercial leadership in preparing for executive and other business presentations

Basic Education, Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business or related field
  • Strong analytical and data-mining abilities to support strategies and decision-making in a time-sensitive manner
  • Ability to quickly turn ideas into action, operate in a customer-centric way, take calculated risks, and get results through strong communication and collaboration skills
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools and a high degree of organizational skills
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided for this role

Preferred Experience, Education, & Skills:

  • 2 years or greater work experience a plus

Flexible Work Schedule – Hybrid Work Option and Core Hours

This role has the flexibility of a hybrid work from home option up to two days a week and a core hour schedule. You can choose to flex your start and stop times given you are working during the core hours of 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Our teams work together to ensure our chosen work schedules enable our creativity and productivity as we serve the needs of our customers.
