Join us as a results-driven and highly organized Senior Project Manager – Supply Chain to lead and deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives across logistics, procurement, manufacturing, and distribution that drive efficiency, cost savings, and innovation while aligning with overall business objectives.
Your role:
As a Senior Project Manager – Supply Chain, you will lead complex, high-impact projects that drive efficiency, cost savings, and innovation across Philips’ end-to-end supply chain operations.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, IT, and Finance to define project goals, ensure alignment with business priorities, and deliver measurable results.
This role involves managing strategic and operational projects across logistics, distribution, and production environments while maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
You’ll develop detailed project plans, manage resources and timelines, mitigate risks, and continuously monitor progress to ensure successful execution.
In addition to day-to-day project delivery, you'll have the opportunity to lead process improvement initiatives and present updates to senior leadership, enhancing both your visibility and impact across the organization.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 5+ years of project management experience, including at least 2 years in supply chain or operations-related initiatives; this is an individual contributor role.
Your skills include project planning, cross-functional stakeholder engagement, and experience using tools such as MS Project, SAP, Oracle, and Smartsheet; Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or PMP certifications are strongly preferred.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You’re an effective communicator and analytical problem-solver, highly organized, and skilled at driving change and continuous improvement within fast-paced environments.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

The pay range for this position in Reedville, PA is $109,500 to $175,200
