About this role:

The Product Enablement Team is seeking an experienced Project Management Director within Global Payments & Liquidity as part of Enterprise Functions. In this role, you will lead and develop a team of program/project managers, oversee project execution, collaborate with key stakeholders, drive process improvements, manage change initiatives, allocate resources, and foster talent development to meet strategic objectives.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop multiple teams with focus on delivering common processes, governance, optimized change delivery approaches and policy alignment for key stakeholders to drive prioritization, accountability, financial documentation, metrics, and control management for the Global Payments & Liquidity product organization
  • Communicate risks associated with cross-business impacts or dependencies and inform impacted stakeholders, execute change efforts to delivery expected business results or outcomes and monitor the full portfolio of change
  • Ensure appropriate methodology to capture incremental iterative delivery
  • Lead change management teams by making strategic decisions that drive accountability and meet high risk deliverables
  • Interpret and develop range of issues, needs or risks to address in-depth portfolio details that are also anticipatory of portfolio changes
  • Collaborate with and influence key stakeholders including executive sponsors, steering committees, executive leaders, enterprise representation, and finance partners to review and address highly in-depth portfolio details
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in Project Management
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy


Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of Project Management and Methodologies, Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of management or leadership experience


Desired Qualifications:

  • Treasury management/transaction banking or related experience
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools 
  • Commercial Banking and/or Corporate Investment Banking product delivery experience
  • Ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage change effectively 
  • Experience in managing large-scale projects including experience presenting and providing project and portfolio updates to executive audiences
  • Experience delivering on investment initiatives
  • Fluent in working within a scaled agile environment
  • Strong knowledge of Risk and Control Self-Assessment standards in financial services
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, able to turn complex issues into actionable insights
  • Great leadership and influencing skills, able to work well with diverse stakeholders and drive change
  • Strong project management skills, able to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to create compelling executive-level presentations and explain complex concepts clearly
  • Proven experience in getting stakeholder agreement and alignment, navigating different perspectives, and negotiating trade-offs to meet strategic goals
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with global cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to work and influence effectively within a matrix environment and build strong business partnerships at all levels

Job Expectations:

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule 
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
