Product Development Intern, NOYZ

NOYZ is looking for a self-motivated Product Development Intern to join their team! 

Location: El Segundo, CA (2-3 days on-site)

Reports to: Senior Director of Product + Innovation 

Hourly rate: $19/hour 

Hours: 20-25 hours weekly

The What it Takes:  

The Role: The Product Development Intern plays a critical role in bringing NOYZ products from concept to launch. This role supports day-to-day execution across fragrance development, packaging, timelines and cross-functional coordination. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to keep project moving, details tight, and launches on track.

This is a hands-on, highly organized role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants deep exposure to product and packaging development in fragrance.

The Responsibilities:

Product Development Support

• Help track timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple projects
• Support fragrance evaluations, organize submissions, and document all feedback
• Maintain organized product development trackers, briefs, and internal files
• Coordinate shipments, label submissions, and maintain organization by project in the office

Packaging & Sampling

• Assist with packaging development by tracking components, samples, and approvals
• Coordinate sample shipments and manage incoming samples
• Help update packaging specs and documentation

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Support communication between operations and external partners
• Prepare meeting recaps, action items, and status updates
• Help ensure teams stay aligned as projects move forward

Organization & Process

• Keep trackers, calendars, and documentation accurate and up to date
• Flag open questions, risks, or delays to the team
• Support process improvements and internal organization as the brand scales
