Outcomes:

• Collaborate closely as a partner with Product Managers and UX designers, our product visionaries and tech wizards, to grasp project requirements, set ambitious goals, and truly understand the user's world.
• Conduct in-depth user research, harness the power of usability testing, and gather user feedback that will become the cornerstone of your design masterpieces.
• Craft wireframes, low-fidelity drafts, and interactive prototypes that breathe life into your design concepts, setting the bar for user interactions.
• Establish and maintain a design system and style guide that fosters a seamless, immersive user experience across our entire platform.
• Create high-impact, pixel-perfect visual designs and interactive prototypes that will leave users in awe on both web and mobile applications.
• Embrace change and iterate on your designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and ever-evolving project requirements.
• Be at the forefront of industry trends, harness the potential of emerging design tools, and bring them into our design process to keep Smartcat ahead of the curve.

Requirements

• Unveil your credentials as a proven Product Designer with an electrifying portfolio that sets the industry standard.
• Seasoned pro in Figma.
• Be a staunch advocate for user-centered design principles and have a deep understanding of usability best practices.
• To clearly convey your design to non-designers.
• Elevate the team with your exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with UI animation, HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus but not a deal-breaker.
• A data-driven approach. Ability to justify decisions using concrete metrics.
