Responsibilities

  • Grow, mentor, and develop an applications team
  • Support customers with power solution recommendations, reviewing power design, schematics/ layout review and board bring up.
  • Work closely with product definers, design, business management, and customers throughout the product evaluation and optimization
  • Work closely with the Apps team to generate technical collateral e.g. application notes, user guides, articles, design ideas, datasheet manuscripts for internal/external publication​

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Advanced degree plus 5+ years of experience in power management applications with a consistent track record of results
  • Understanding of transistor-level circuit design
  • Proven Experience and detailed knowledge of power conversion (i.e. Switching Regulators and Linear Regulators)
  • Prior team management experience preferred.

The wage range for a new hire into this position is $150,880 to $207,460.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, training, external market data, internal equity, or other bona fide factors.

  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
