Job Description
Curinos is seeking a Senior Analytics Associate, Marketing and Personalization to help our product team develop and operationalize advanced analytics. In this role, you will act as an analytical accelerator by collaborating with internal partners to design, execute, and deliver quantitative data driven product functionality and insights to enable our financial services clients to better leverage data in managing the lifecycle of their customers.
Primary job responsibilities include:
- Insight Development:
- Understand business use cases that Curinos supports through analytics, inclusive of new customer growth, portfolio optimization, and retention strategies.
- Partner with Product Management, Data Science, and Client Success teams in defining objective of and approach to developing new insights
- Support the full lifecycle of analytical development including data manipulation and validation, performing statistical analysis, and packaging and presenting your work to internal partners and clients.
- Identify product issues or opportunities for our clients, develop hypotheses, and engage in solutions brainstorming
- Partner closely with the technical solutions teams to deliver actionable results
- Product Development:
- Contribute to continuous innovation and new product development across the Curinos suite of products. Primary areas of focus include econometric marketing models, behavioral insights modeling and experimental design
- Implementations/Projects:
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for new insight development and client implementations
- Gather and define business requirements for new solutions implementations and/or existing client projects
- Team
- Work alongside junior analytics members providing guidance and support
Qualifications
- Ability to understand key business problems and how to apply analytical solutions to answer associated business questions
- Ability to evaluate analytic data sets and results and understand/diagnose potential quality issues and anomalies.
- Experience working with Python, SQL and Spark. R is a bonus.
- Strong statistical knowledge, bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in math, engineering, computer science, physics, economics, etc.
- Experience with ETL and working knowledge of enterprise data platforms like Databricks
- 3-5 years experience in an analytical role. Bonus for Financial Services or Technology experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a particular focus on effective storytelling
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; attention to detail
- Proven track record of delivering complex, time-sensitive work to clients
- Ability to manage competing priorities in an agile manner
The salary range for this role is $111,600 to $124,000.
