We provide the most complete range of products for the transport refrigeration industry – from truck and trailer temperature control systems to rail and intermodal refrigeration.  We are currently seeking dependable, enthusiastic individuals to join our manufacturing team as entry level paint associates.

Job Description:

As an entry level paint employee you will be responsible for supporting the paint operation in a refrigeration manufacturing organization.  This position will be assigned to work in the fabrication department. This position works Monday – Thursday, ten hours a day with occasional overtime.

Responsibilities include:

• Adhere to all safety requirements and wear appropriate (PPE) Personal Protection Equipment
• Hang and unhang frames to support manufacturing requirements
• Perform quality checks on all frames to ensure highest quality of frames
• Paint and maintain standards for thickness
• Ensure appropriate routing of booth based upon production need.
• Perform preventative maintenance to include:  pump down the booth, clean out reclaim, clean gun, etc.
• Recommend improvements consistently striving for efficient and effective methodologies and maintain departmental quality standards
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Must have 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment
• Must have the ability to bend, stoop, stand, and kneel.  This position also involves routine lifting of items that typically weigh up to 35 pounds, weight may exceed that value for intermittent periods*
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
