Nycom is looking for a talented Procurement Project Engineer (Construction) interested in joining our team working out of our Morrisville, NC, Midlothian, VA, or Acworth, GA offices.

This is an ideal entry-level position for a recent graduate of a Business Management, Construction Management, or Engineering program. If you are motivated to succeed, detail oriented, and looking for a challenging career, then we want to talk to you.

Requirements

Job requirements are as follows:

Assists in purchasing project materials within budget, per plans and specifications, and per project schedule.

• Ability to effectively build solid business relationships with Nycom vendors.
• Communicate in an accurate and timely fashion with all departments within Nycom.
• With training, understand architectural plans and specifications, analyze project scope, purchase materials, assist in MEP Coordination, follow-up with vendors, and create submittals.
• Degree from a 4-year college with preference given to Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience.
