Procurement Intern - Machine Build 

Process Excellence is a collaboration of Autonomation and Lean Concepts, aiming to ensure that our inbuilt processes are of quality through Industrial Engineering/Production Engineering while supporting organization-wide machine scale-up through a team solely dedicated to building Autonomation solutions while establishing Lean Concepts within MAS, in manufacturing and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support procurement process for machines and components to machine build and mas factories.
• Connect and follow-up with suppliers and internal teams to ensure on time information and delivery.
• Support costing process for correctness and manage lead time.
• Maintain stock and spare part inventory.
• Verify and pack customer orders.

Qualifications:

• Following a degree or professional qualification in the field Engineering with an interest in management or following a degree in the field of management.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills for reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
