The Internship program runs full-time from May 26th 2025 - August 29th 2025.

Procurement Intern (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all agreements align with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Provide support to handle requests from suppliers, requesters, and accounts payable for all issues related to video content management

  • Participate in negotiations of the terms, pricing, and commission structures with affiliate partners.

  • Utilize affiliate tracking software, procurement tools, and analytics platforms to analyze the results

  • Conduct audits and due diligence on new and existing affiliate partners.

  • Keep track of affiliate expenses and spend

Key competencies

  • Be known as a team player;

  • Have a sense of urgency and customer service;

  • Knowledge of ERP systems;

  • Good organizational skills, priority management, and problem-solving;

  • Knowledge of basic office tools (spreadsheet, Google Suite, Powerpoint);

  • Good communication skills, both oral and written, in English and French.  The candidate must be able to communicate in English with suppliers from other provinces of Canada or the United States;

  • Be known to have very good interpersonal relationships.

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
