Position Requirements

• 1-2 years of applicable experience, preferably in mail operations
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, stand, and walk throughout much of the day
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Must have strong time management and organization skills with the ability to multi-task and handle a heavy workload in order to be able to fulfill responsibilities of the department
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to learn and streamline processes
• Ability to apply industry and functional knowledge to enhance systems, processes and controls
• Ability to establish controls and efficient workflows, guidelines, policies and procedures
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
