Department Overview
The Repair and Overhaul Recovery Department is responsible for dis-assembling products and recovering components through systematic inspection, repair, refurbishment, and testing. This department ensures operational reliability, extends asset life, and supports uninterrupted production.
Position Responsibilities
Work with cross-functional teams to plan and implement waste reduction projects
Work with the Process Engineering team to map current and future state Material & Information flow.
Identify opportunities for improvement by eliminating non-value-added tasks in the work elements.
Minimum Qualifications
Currently a student earning a Bachelor’s in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
Must be graduating between May 2026 and August 2027.
Desired Qualifications
Working knowledge of PC business software applications (Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Highly motivated and a self-starter
Strong oral and written communication skills
Must demonstrate a bias for action and implementation
Proven and demonstrated teamwork skills
Focus on working with cross-functional teams
