Process Engineering Intern, ICN

Qorvo’s Internship Program is designed for college students currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program.  Qorvo offers real work experience, exposure to upper management, and the opportunity to pursue full time opportunities, as available.

Qorvo's Process Engineering Intern positions are offered in our R&D business group. Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment. 

 

Responsibilities may include:

• Support process development work in photo, thin films, plating areas

• Study failure modes of existing parts

• Investigate under bump metal options

 

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in MS/PhD program in Physics/Chemistry/Chemical/Material Science Engineering

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

• Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions

• Ability to perform work autonomously and take initiative

• Inquisitive and motivated (for learning purposes but also to get an action/task completed)

• Ability to commit 40 hours a week for 3 months
