Dark Wolf Solutions is looking for a Process Engineer to join our team. The Process Engineer will be a task oriented individual with a background in Technical Writing. The ideal candidate will be able to support a collaborative team to develop, manage, and maintain platform systems and monitor RMF processes. This position will be based out of Cape Canaveral, FL with hybrid/remote opportunities. They will be able to work well within a larger team focused on defining and building cloud infrastructure to host Process Engineering development services. In addition, the team will assist in the migration of programs to the platform and provide/develop any additional capabilities required for the programs to operate successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploying and maintaining common platform services
- Integrating Kubernetes platform with common enterprise services to satisfy organizational security requirements
- Implementing secure automation, effective monitoring, and infrastructure as code
- Deploying and maintaining Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines across multiple environments
- Supporting and working alongside a cross-functional engineering team on the latest technologies
- Developing and iterating best practices to increase the quality and velocity of deployments
- Implementing industry best practices for system hardening and configuration management
- 5+ years of experience in process engineering with an RMF background
- Experience in technical writing including EMASS, ATO Package and STIG
- Demonstrated knowledge in Agile, Scrum, DevSecOps tools, and DoD cybersecurity requirements
- Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities
- B.A. or B.S. in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
- US Citizenship and an active DoD Secret security clearance or higher
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with DoD FedRAMP authorized cloud platforms such as AWS GovCloud and Azure Government
- Knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) accreditation process and security requirements
- Experience using DISA enterprise security products including HBSS and ACAS and performing security hardening to satisfy STIG requirements
