Capital Group’s Enterprise Change Office (ECO) is made up of 140+ dedicated initiative delivery and practice experts that lead initiatives by business domain including Product, Sales and Marketing, Global Business Services, Investment Operations, and Information Technology.  

As a Process Design & Optimization (PD&O) Delivery Lead, you will contribute to the delivery of our business transformation programs. You will independently lead strategic, high complexity PD&O efforts through the full life cycle with guidance from senior management across Capital Group to increase scale and efficiency. Through your knowledge of transformation leadership and process optimization you will drive scale in Capital’s key operational processes. You will manage and develop process optimization resources to build new capabilities and capacity for the PD&O practice. 

You are a trusted leader and talented communicator to key customers and stakeholders. You drive decision-making through your ability to manage and align stakeholder expectations.
