Job Description
The Role in Brief:
Ensuring that audits are scheduled in accordance with the requirements of the protocols and/or clients | established deadlines. Monitoring compliance with the auditors' schedules. Programming and scheduling QIMA/WQS services, ensuring that the logistical process for those involved in providing the service is carried out.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Ensure that audit scheduling adheres to protocols and established deadlines.
- Ensure efficient scheduling ensuring auditors’ schedules are booked every available day.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, staying informed about their businesses and addressing any issues.
- Meeting the deadlines set by the KPIs.
- Ensure auditors’ schedules are booked following all applicable procedures.
- Ensure that the documents pertaining to the scheduling process (e.g. application, quote, signed quote, SLA) comply with the requirements of the protocols and/or clients; and internal QIMA/WQS procedures.
- Contact the client to set the audit date;
- Manage audit deadlines in assigning the best qualified auditors based on competency requirements set by the Operations Technical Department and based on availability, location, and our company’s goals.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma (post high-school degree preferred)
- English speaker and writer
- Excellent customer service
- Negotiation & problem solving
- Team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to adhere to deadlines
- Physical ability to work 40 hours a week
- Intermediate level computer skills (Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Google applications, online spreadsheets, data entry, files management)
- The ability to remain flexible and seek alternative options to problems
- Spanish speaker (preferred)
