Description
Solterra Senior Living at Chandler is looking for PRN Make Readies to join our community.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
- Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service
Requirements
- One-year maintenance experience.
- Ability to be on call if needed.
- Has a general understanding of systems including: plumbing, electrical, mechanical and code compliance.
- Competent in organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
